Last Updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Angnah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Registration & Multi-Tenant Responsibilities
To use Angnah, you must register a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your tenant environment.
As an organization owner or manager, you are responsible for provisioning staff accounts appropriately and ensuring your staff members comply with these terms. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your tenant account.
3. Subscriptions, Add-Ons & Billing
Angnah provides services on a subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Dodo Payments.
- Billing Cycle: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Add-Ons: Enabling modular add-ons (such as multi-branch expansion) will immediately prorate and charge the corresponding fee to your active payment method.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Acceptable Use & Operational Availability
You agree not to use Angnah for any illegal activities or to intentionally overload, disrupt, or exploit the platform.
While we strive for 99.99% uptime, the service is provided "as is". We may experience scheduled downtime for maintenance, which will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by connectivity drops or hardware failures on your local premises.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Angnah, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration before seeking formal litigation.
