1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, secure, and improve our services to you:

• Account Data: Business name, contact details, email addresses, and staff profiles created within your tenant.
• Operational & Transaction Data: Room assignments, POS checkouts, inventory logs, and shift summaries generated through standard use of the platform.
• Telemetry & Analytics: Device data, session length, and interaction events via Clerk (authentication) and PostHog (product analytics) to help us identify bugs and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to deliver the Angnah service. We use operational data to render your floor grids, process bills, and generate your end-of-day revenue reports. Telemetry data is used exclusively by our engineering team to monitor system health and resolve platform issues. We never sell your business or customer data to data brokers.

3. Third-Party Processors

To provide a secure and reliable platform, we partner with industry-leading sub-processors:

• Clerk: Handles secure user authentication, identity verification, and session management.
• Dodo Payments: Processes subscription billing and financial transactions securely. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Neon PostgreSQL: Hosts our database infrastructure with hardware-grade security and isolation.

4. Data Retention & Tenant Isolation

Your data is logically isolated within our database infrastructure to prevent cross-tenant contamination. We retain your operational data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, operational data is retained for 30 days to facilitate potential recovery, after which it is permanently purged from our active databases.

5. Your Rights

As an organization owner, you have the right to request a full export of your tenant data, request corrections, or request complete deletion of your account and associated data.
